The Niagara Falls Humane Society Offers Pet Boarding
Facilities for Vacationers
Traveling with a pet to Niagara Falls or any vacation spot can be
quite stressful for you and your pet. Meet Harry - A Poodle/Wheaton Terrier Mix for Adoption  | Most hotels in Niagara Falls do not accept animals. Winter weather in Niagara can be quite chilly. The summer months can get pretty hot and most certainly the streets and side walks will be hustling and bustling with vehicles and thousands of people. These are not pet friendly conditions. So keep these things in mind when traveling with a pet on your holidays. |
For some or all of your vacations days, consider boarding your pet at the Niagara Falls Humane Society. ( Residents leaving the city for holidays or tourists visiting Niagara Falls are welcome to board their pets at the facility. |
You can board your pet at the Humane Society for just a few hours or even weeks if necessary (up to one month.) It's best to make arrangements ahead of time to ensure a guaranteed placement. The Niagara Falls Humane Society offers boarding for different types of pets. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and guinea pigs. (Other types of animals will be considered on an individual basis.)

 You will need proof of your pet's vaccinations
All pets must have been immunized for bordetella
If your pet requires medication, you need to bring enough for the entire stay
Food is supplied for dogs and cats (you may bring your pet's favourite food if you want)
Food must be brought for all other pets
Cost of Boarding Dogs - $15.00 a day or partial day.
